ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Registration has to be made online at the GACPA website through the link https://online.gacpa.com.ph

  2. INDIVIDUAL or GROUP registration is allowed. For purposes of registration, payment for the account of two or more participants shall be regarded as Group Registration.

  3. Each group is required to designate an administrator (may or may not be a participant) who will perform the one-time online registration for all the group members.

  4. The individual registrant or the group administrator must provide the required information (marked with asterisk) upon registration. Each participant should have access to the nominated email address, where the Confirmation Ticket with unique QR Code per participant will be sent.

  5. Participant must PRINT the Confirmation Ticket with QR code. This will be used to check-in at the event and to capture the daily attendance in the technical sessions.

  6. Registration Fee is Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 8,000.00) per participant.

  7. The following are the payment options:

    • Over-the-Counter (OTC) deposit: Cash/ Check/ LDDAP/ ADA
      Deposit at: Any branch of Land Bank of the Philippines
      Account Name: GACPA, Inc.
      Account Number: LBP SA 0581-1560-22

    • Online Payment (Fund Transfer)
      Recipient Account Name: GACPA, Inc.
      Recipient Account: LBP SA 0581-1560-22

    • The participant can also pay directly at the GACPA National Office located at Rm. 240 Union Square Condominium, 15th Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City.

  8. Scanned copy of proof of payment (with the name of participant/s and contact number) is required to be uploaded upon registration.

    • Deposit Slip with bank validation;
    • LDDAP/ADA with bank validation;
    • Online Bank-to-Bank Fund Transfer Confirmation or email notification confirming successful Fund Transfer;
    • GACPA Official Receipt.

  9. Registration will be accepted until May 10, 2024 . GACPA reserves the right to refuse the registration of those who may no longer be accommodated at the venue.

  10. After completing the online registration, the individual registrant or the designated administrator will receive two (2) emails as follows:

    1. The 1st email is to acknowledge the online registration with the status ‘For verification of payment’.
    2. The 2nd email will be sent after verification of payment. This confirms the registration and attached therein is the Confirmation Ticket with QR Code.

  11. On the first day of the event, May 21, 2024, the participant should proceed to the designated Registration Counter. The Confirmation Ticket with QR Code and a valid government ID for verification should be presented to check-in and to claim the Meal Stubs and the original copy of the Official Receipt.

  12. Participants are required to have their Confirmation Ticket with QR Code scanned daily to capture the time logs or attendance in the technical sessions.

  13. The link to access the following will be available at GACPA Website:

    • Certificate of Appearance
    • Poll Questions and Evaluation Sheet for each of the Technical Sessions
    • Certificate of Attendance with CPD units subject to compliance with the submission of Evaluation Sheets and answers to Poll Questions.
